i took a loan with real people 2 year back, last month i applied for a loan with African bank. i was approaved.
At the time the balance was R2664, 70 that end of may 2011.
25 june 2011 they debited my account with another monthly debit which brought my balance to R1851.67
African bank then deposited a R3756.56 to settle the outstanding amount.
i was refunded a R406.00 and now they refuse to pay me the rest of the amount.
