I had knee surgery October 20th. I filed my claim the following week. They sent me a letter requesting my physician's notes. My physician's admin sent the information. When I phoned AFLAC, they told me there was a income discrepancy between what I submitted & what the job submitted. I was mad at my glasses that arrived 10 days ago from GlassesShop. I could not totally understand my prescription and you know the worst thing happened. When I fill in my prescription during ordering, I mistook the right for the left, and now the eyeglasses don't fit me well. Keith Kranz is the owner, was the owner, of The Tanning Lounge. One day open and collecting money from sales. Next day a sign in the window stating that they are closed for business. No response to phone calls. Found him on facebook. I do not believe this involved a bankruptcy. As a consumer, I have been left high and dry. I don't usually have a problem with dentists BUT this guy was brutal. I didn't give him a chance to pull the tooth I went in for. Before we got that far, he was grinding the novacaine (sp?) needle on my jaw bone, despite my OBVIOUS DISCOMFORT. Not only did he do it once, but then came back with another needle and was grinding on the lower jaw bone. The pharmacist at the Humbertown Shopper's Drug Mart would not accept unfinished antibitics for environmentally responsible disposal. No other pharmacy has ever refused our attempts to keep drugs out of landfill and public land and water. Sylvia Des-Sahkian is the first who waved us away, disinterested in proper disposal. If you are hiring phar-macists who know less about the impact of the drugs they mix on the environment than the general population who hears it on the news everyday, you should not be in the pharmaceutical business. Fed Ex had this bright idea about doing Fed Ex load drivers up with a truck load of delivers and we didnt get them done then the next morning you will have to go to the OFFICE where two mangers will be questioning you about bring packages back and why did you bring so many. Before you leave DOT you cant be on the road no longer that 14 hours per day but you are told to change your start time before you leave cutting out 2 or 3 hours you already been working. This guy is a fraud. he runs a dentist office out of a warehouse with no running water and other things needed for a dentist office. Also bldg is not zoned for this. My wife was switched from one policy to another by the Broker for American Medical and Life Insurance with the excuse that the policy she was on was not paying claims. We trusted the Broker and made the switch only to find that Core Value Medical insurance has not paid any of the claims presented to them over the past 7 months. They use all sorts of tatics and all excuses. The provider (Doctor and Lab} submitted several claim forms to the Claims department with no results.
