Not only is his payment method extremely risky but his pricing is terrible. He is trying to pawn off refurbs at retail and above retail prices. There are no model numbers or certainty on his site as to whether an item is new or refurb. My guess is he is either trying to sell us stuff he is getting from Bestbuy and other places or he is just flat out trying to rip us off. I am curious if anyone has had any better luck than me. My account has been open for several months and I am STILL trying to place an order with them! The website is great eyecandy, but it took me weeks to get them to send me a price list. There is no way to actually place an order on the site and no instructions. Well, I've been a complete moron. I bought 3 Nokia N95 8gb's from these wonderful people, which were supposedly shipped on March 12 but which haven't arrived yet. My email communication with them has not been very pleasant, they keep accusing ME of being a scammer. I found this potentially 'great' company on SaleHoo and promptly signed up with them and placed a $600 order on the 4th of April. Its' now the 29/04 and despite numerous e-mails i am still waiting to receive all of my goods, to date i have only received half my order and still can't get an answer as to when i will receive the other half. Don't even try to chat with them or call the listed number, you will only get angry. I had a bad experience with these people. I placed a order and I was billed 5 times on my credit card. When I emailed them about it they claimed the order never went through their system. I had to get the bank to put a hold on my credit card...it took nearly 2 weeks for all 5 transactions to reverse. I ordered a DVD set from them and since it was a gift, it was a little time before I gave the gift to my kids. It turns out the entire set is in Chinese and I ordered an English version. I was are unable to change the settings on the menu. I contacted customer service and so far they are not helping me what so ever...not even an apology. Liveleadpros took an order from my debt company for $4, 000 worth of leads. At first the leads came sporadically, did not meet agreed specifications and eventually stopped coming at all.
