In most cases Mr. Eisenstein will be paid for his services based upon a flat fee worked out with and paid by the client in advance of the representation or on the basis of monthly billings based upon billable hours spent on the matter. In some cases, Mr. Eisenstein will agree to work on a mixed flat fee and contingency fee basis, so long as the client fronts the flat fee arrived at and advances the court costs of the action.
