I ordered an HHO system from PUNCH HHO, and when I received the product I decided that I did not want it, I did not open the package, I just called the supplier, Mr. Tom Punch and Asked for a return authorization. I was told that once it is shipped and received it can not be returned. The company did not ship my items after two weeks of "issues" that I needed to call or sign my name to in order for the order to be processed. One week I waited in hopes that they were shipping the order to find that they did not. I called the company and asked why they didn't update or tell me that the items were not shipped for a week. BUYER BEWARE!!! If you are looking for HID's, do not buy from this website. I bought 3 sets (1 for a VW Jetta, Chevy P/U and a BMW). The one for the truck did not work, the one for the BMW you had to make major modifications to the back of the headlight. The set for my Jetta did not work as well. I used the Dermajuv products for a 30 day trial period, and was not satisified with the product or the company return policy. First off the process is 3-4 steps (4 if you use the eye-roller).
