This company is appalling!! They take your money straight away, not when the job is completed as stated. They took a month to complete the job, not a week - and even then it was done wrong. At the time of writing it has been a month since then and no corrective action has been taken. Credit never given for return - Purchased fireplace screen from this retailer, item of POOR quality, returned item and followed all return policy procedures. Have UPS tracking number which names the individual who signed for the item. Three months and many phone calls later I have yet to receive a credit. They are a bogus company, there adress is a vaccant parking lot at 45 Exchange BLVD, Rochester NY. The are very persuasive people and you must send hundreds of dollars to get a loan via western union.
