I thought I was purchasing the correct module for my dell computer. I paid for it and paid shipping for it. The unit arrived and was incorrect. I sent the unit back at my own expense and ordered and paid for the correct unit which duly arrived. I expected them to process a refund for the unit I returned. Oh no.
