After getting the OK via email from BesBoxSet.com to return a set of DVDs that were clearly pirated, I sent back the set. I had delivery confirmation, have a NAME of whoever signed for it, and have waited over a month for a refund. Every email I send them is replied to with a generic FAQ email response. Hi! My story continued today regarding this scam...There is no other number. Today, they charged my card for the shipping of the trial I ordered (and authorized). I was co-erced out of $ 2500 of money I did not have. I wanted to start up an online business and did not know the cost of doing so. They find out how much credit is available to you, then coincidentally, that is exactly how much the fee is. They verbally guarantee that you will make the money back within 3 months but it does not happen. They offer very little support, and I have read many complaints about this company.
