They spam you with an e-mail which tells you they will advertise your company in their website. All you need to do is to fill in and sign a form. Once you realise the scam you will see on their website they demand 2940 Euros for this "privilege", posted on their "Terms and Conditions" page and they already have your company stamp and/or signature on a form which is sent to their physical address. This is a spam site filled with advertisement. During the Japanese earthquake/tsunami crisis they spammed the chat rooms of the Japanese News streams with their site advertisement every 30 seconds with their tweet bots.
