I have a Samsung LCD TV which has failed for the second time. The service agent took the unit away again to their depot. Be wary of this company. They claim on their website that their jewelry is "genuine pandora" but it is clearly counterfeit. The website appears as a USA company but the items ship from China. While shopping I noticed they no longer stock well-proven brands. Was looking for Berri tomato juice. Instead there were only bottles of Coles brand tomato juice. They had been sitting there for some time and the level of drop from concentrated tomato juice and water was significant -and varied from bottle to bottle.
