Do not buy from abercrombie and fitch online, i attempted to buy a shirt twice online but both times it came back as failed. i then checked later and i had been billed for the order and the other was pending, it had seemed like both had gone through. i then contacted customer services and they had no record of the 2 failed order attempts which had both failed and then billed me later. the person i was talking to didnt show any concern, wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor and said they had no records of billing me. the person then said that they wouldn't credit my card at which point i made my views obvious and no reply ever came back. read full review »

Its bad enough being overcharged for the basics, like sending out statements if you have an inactive business account, but the real sting in the tail is them not telling me over the counter that there would be a 85p per £100 cash withdrawal fee. To stop these people please go on to the Companies House website and get their address. Send your information to them to support that these companies are still trading. THE COMPANIES HAVE APPLIED TO BE CLOSED> They cannot do this if they are still processing transactions through the companies. This allows the tax authorities to investigate the companies. i received an invoice from a company that didn't exist 'HealthScince?'. This is a fraudulent invoice.
