Well, so much for a name brand appliance -- the compressor in the Kitchen Aid refrigerator failed after less than 3 years -- actually it has been malfunctioning for the last 8 months, but the first 'fix' Kitchen Aid had was to replace a part (solenoid) that wasn't under warranty at our cost ($150). Having mysteriously lost one of 9 parcels I sent with them their customer service chose to lie about it and claim they had delivered all 9 parcels.They changed their story about when they had delivered the parcels but simply ignored the fact that their agent's (DHL) tracking system showed that one of the parcels had not been delivered although I even sent them a print off. [Which appeared on my statement as 37.77 UK Pounds] When I called my bank they gave me the contact phone no associated with this company as 866-459-9072. On several occasions, I have purchased a pack of 10 or 20 Sterling cigarettes from Dobbs General Store. When I light a cigarette, it doesn't always puff. Caught a KLM flight from Amsterdam Schipol to Manchester yesterday. When collecting baggage, there were 8 or 9 people left with out bags on my flight alone. Probably only about 150 on the plane!!! One of those without baggage was my wife. Even worse was the fact that there were 8 or 9 unclaimed bags as well, which should presumably have been on another flight.
