They called me and said me that I won a chance to win 2 billion dollars and asked me to subscribe to their magaznes with a $5 per month. But they charged me $41 per month. I did not check my credit card account transaction for nearly 5 months. When I noticed it, I cancelled by credit card. Then they called me asked me my new credit card information, when I refused they threatened me first and later they asked me to pay a min amount of $540 to cancel the subscription. Keith Kranz is the owner, was the owner, of The Tanning Lounge. One day open and collecting money from sales. Next day a sign in the window stating that they are closed for business. No response to phone calls. Found him on facebook. I do not believe this involved a bankruptcy. As a consumer, I have been left high and dry. I had applied for the HAMP thru Wells Fargo / ASC. I got an approval letter stating my 4 month trial payments. I have paid my 4 months of trial payments and the day after the last payment I got a call from Wells Fargo /ASC demanding the full past due amount stating I was denied. I was never informed of this and after 4 months of taking my trial amount no one ever said a word about this. I made 4 months of payments, and had over a dozen phone conversations with the lender checking on the loan and not a word of the denial after the approval letter and trial payments. read full review »

I don't usually have a problem with dentists BUT this guy was brutal. I didn't give him a chance to pull the tooth I went in for. Before we got that far, he was grinding the novacaine (sp?) needle on my jaw bone, despite my OBVIOUS DISCOMFORT. Not only did he do it once, but then came back with another needle and was grinding on the lower jaw bone. At the purchase point they said that if the program ever had to be reinstalled that all you had to do was E-Mail to customer support and a dowload like would be sent. Well my computer was formatted twice and I E-mailed them at least six times for the download link and received no response. I purchased the program in August and only used it for a few weeks. I was watching A Perfect World on the EAction channel through Cox Communications Digital Television and 15 minutes before the movie ended, it switched to another movie. Purchased a disability policy from this company. I had an elbow injury about 3 months after I purchased the policy. I had the surgery and put in the claim. It took this company 6 weeks to get back with me to tell me they have denied my claim. This company will contact timeshare owners and lead you to believe they have buyers lined up to purchase your property. After you finally agree to let them sell the unit, they will tell you that a payment must be made for escrow because they officially cannot charge commission. The roof is on crooked: There is a two inch overhang over the entry door, while 44 feet away the shingles are flush with the gutter's drip edge. From that end of the house the gutters jut Pagoda like on either side of the garage, while from the front of the house it looks like a rolled eave from the 1930's.
