I ordered an HHO system from PUNCH HHO, and when I received the product I decided that I did not want it, I did not open the package, I just called the supplier, Mr. Tom Punch and Asked for a return authorization. I was told that once it is shipped and received it can not be returned. However on the web site in the disclaimer it says that they will refund your money within 5 days after they receive the procuct back and it is inspected. I called today to find out the procedures of my lease ending. Thank God I called several months ahead of time. My small business is closing and I wanted to get everything in order and squared away to make everything smooth. I found out that my lease was a Fair Market lease (not their fault, the sellers and ultimately mine). Website looks good and plenty of information on deliveries and how to get in contact if any problems. Website offers next day delivery free as standard but doesnt carry out its promise. I have tried to call and email customer services with no luck. I just get an answer phone and nothing at all via email. ABSOLUTE SCAM. This is not a reviewing for pay website. What they are actually doing is showing you a bunch of websites they are affiliates of and hoping to get signups. They will absolutely not pay you. When you send in your "assignments" you will get a letter that you did all your assignments wrong and they cannot pay you. The company did not ship my items after two weeks of "issues" that I needed to call or sign my name to in order for the order to be processed. One week I waited in hopes that they were shipping the order to find that they did not. I called the company and asked why they didn't update or tell me that the items were not shipped for a week. BUYER BEWARE!!! If you are looking for HID's, do not buy from this website. I bought 3 sets (1 for a VW Jetta, Chevy P/U and a BMW). The one for the truck did not work, the one for the BMW you had to make major modifications to the back of the headlight. The set for my Jetta did not work as well. Worse website EVER. I placed an order for several DIFFERENT products. I was charged. I never received any notice about shipping so I sent an email regarding the status of my order days later. I used the Dermajuv products for a 30 day trial period, and was not satisified with the product or the company return policy. First off the process is 3-4 steps (4 if you use the eye-roller). After applying all these products and placing suncreen on top of them it just peeled off my face, no matter what oil-free sunsceen product I used. Our credit card was billed for $4.89 by this company. We did not recognize the charge so we called the phone number on the cc statement. That number is unlisted.
