To Whom It May Concern, March 4th, 2010, Myjabill, took $18.00 from my checking account, but did not perform any sevice to justify the fee. I agreed to pay $18.00 if the technition was able to help me. I informed the technition of my problem downloading my Lexmark X5495 printer to my computer. Send some money to them for an assited purchase that they could not complete. The surprise was when I've tried to get the money back... I could not get an instant refund. On top of this I would need to pay some fees for the refund. Customer service is crap and they will not answer to email or try to help you in any way. I bought my daughter a set of 2 woven sythetic leather belts made by Faded Glory, at Wal- Mart today. When I got them home I noticed the labels ( 3 of them) . When I wanted to get out of my membership, I was told specifically that I could pay on a monthly cycle and cancel at any time. I asked specifically if I could do this, at which time I was given something to sign and rushed through the process in order to get the "pay as you go" rate. When I called to try to cancel my membership, I was told that I had signed a one year contract and I would continue to be billed on the monthly cycle. I bought an ipod speaker system thru cowboom, dealtree/bestbuy subsidiary. Paid $18 for shipping cost. They shipped the speaker thru UPS ground and took 5 days. I received my AT&T phone bill and noticed an $8.23 charge on my bill. This is the second time it has appeared and the fee was removed both times. For future references, AT&T offers a "third party" block for internet services. What this service does is insure that the internet customer AND an AT&T representative are on the phone at the same time to verify the subscription FREE OF CHARGE. I am waiting on a 1099 form that shows how much interest I have paid in the past year on my defaulted student loan. I have called twice, once at 8:30a.m. and again today at 1:00p.m and got a recording that states the office hours and then says that the office is closed. I need this form to file my income tax of which they get as a federal tax return offset.
