I purchased a pair of glasses from the Walmart Optical in Pasadena, TX back in June...only 9 months ago! The glasses just completely broke in two pieces. We signed a contract for replacement windows. After everything was signed, the call to the home office said we needed to add $1440 for some mysterious "caps". I purchased a the Platinum Powertrain policy with Tier One through United Star Auto Group on 12-19-2009. The policy began 30 days from purchase date and 1500 miles. I asked 2 servers if I they could use the coupon I was showing them, neither of whom could speak enough English to understand the question. Then, I was called an a**hole by the one server who could because I was not placing my order fast enough, who then ignored me when I did place the order. It was kind of surreal. Within the past two years, we used a product from a company as a temporary solution to buy a truck. It was a high interest loan which we intended to refinance. With the current economic conditions, loss of employment etc. we were not able to refinance that loan. In addition, I have recently been deployed to Iraq.
