Purchased landscaping work on May 17, 2009 from Mr. Dontre Jones with a completion date of June 10, 2009. Work to be completed was landscaping in front of house, seed and aerate back yard, rock under deck, and sod part of back yard with a cost of $3550.00 for all work. I had 90 day interest free loan from GE Credit in 2003. I paid the bill in 2003 in 60 days IN FULL now they are saying I didnt pay the bill and have ruined my credit score. I ve written several letters to GE Credit and the credit bureaus with my docs showing paid in full. nothing is being done. i call GE and they insist I didnt pay. they are in India and when I say, , I want a US Rep, they say, , NO, impossible to get one. Purchased a 47" Vizio LCD 1080 120 Hz at Sam's Club 2 weeks ago and within FIVE days every 2 hours the pixals would fade to red then go back to normal. Called tech support and all they had to offer was take a picture of the screen and e-mail it to him! I'm sorry but he treated me like it was my problem and did not want to be bothered. Corporate Acquisitions Group (CAG) recently changed its name to Global Acquisitions. Both companies, based in Englewood, CO, promise to sell your business after you pay a hefty "business valuation" fee. They promise you'll get your money back if the business doesn't sell. From what I've read online, it sounds like a scam. Most business owners won't speak up because they are embarrassed they've been scammed, or are personally threatened by Ty Tymkovich, the owner. The owner Bill Holiday makes false statements and promises. He states that he can obtain for you an unsecured business line of credit in the amounts ranging from $150k-$2M. From the offset Charter misrepresented their product and services. After installation of cable service I received a statement for charges a week later, for payment of service not yet provided! There is fraudulent charges that I have requested, in writing, of a detailed accounting which hasn't been forthcoming. I notified them within the time scale as per the terms and conditions and told them to cancel any future orders. They copied a $399-$499 valued product and minimally changed the description so when buyer receives a similar product (after research found it was valued at $129) they don't notice. I bought an Acer laptop(Extensa 5620-4025) from Acer in August 2008. This is my only laptop which I work on. After some months it stops working on battery. As a new ADT Customer I am having problems finding the form under www.myADTrebate.com with a ADT-5003. When the technician come to the consumer's home to install the ADT alarm system why can't the ADT service just give the form to the consumer on the spot to fill out and mail to the address on the form. Instead of having the consumer go to all these crazy websites searching for the form...to time consuming. Please mail me my rebate soon as poosible.
