I have on several occasions tried to contact Plenty Of Fish about deleting my account, because my password has been breached. Someone found out my password, went in posted false statements and pictures on my profile. Then they changed my email account that POF had for me, resulting in me unable to recover my password to delete the account. I signed up for something through Google for $1.97. I received an email stating that my FREE trial of making extra $$ through google was being shipped to me. A week later I notice they took out $72.21 from my account which was NEVER authorized. I was also charged a service fee of $2.17 from my bank account b/c the $72.21 was from an international company. The 3 months were completed and I phoned the Equally Yoked office to cancel the service prior to any additional payments being taken from my checking account. I received a letter from the Toyota Advantage Dealership in Lynbrook, NY, stating that they were offering a "key for key--early turn in event" that ould expire before May 31, 2009. I was told by the sales person when I joined up that if I was transferred out of state or lost/quit my job I would have no trouble canceling my membership. I was recently laid off and explained my situation to Court South. Their reply was basically, "too bad." The contract is vague in some areas. I recommend that you DO NOT sign the contract when you visit. Take it home, and review it thoroughly. They also make a big deal about their 'movie work-out room.' I found this to be useless. I received my free sample in the mail while on vacation. During that time I was called 3 times by these people and each time I told them I did not want anything but the free sample.
