I purchased Password Recovery 5.0 from prosoft3d.com for $9.95 but was charged $29.95. After emailing them about charge they refunded $10.00. So I sent them and a person named Manny said I would be getting a full refund. Well its been 2 weeks and yet no refund. This product doesnt work and company likes to play games. This company is located in Canada and I have filed a complaint with the FTC and anyone else that has had bad dealing with the company should do the same. read full review »
