They don't reply to emails, they have NO telephone number and the number i was FINALLY able to obtain from an online source other than their website is just a voicemail and they never contact you back. Their is nothing to say these are fake uggs. Sent a pair to Germany and the postal police would not let my niece have them because they said they were FAKES. Mr. Kop has not been answering our inquiries of late. He told us he would file a TRO hearing and did not. He said he would draw up a standstill agreement and did not. He missed a court hearing and was over an hour late for another. And he has told us he would give us an assessment of our claims and damages going back months and months and we are still waiting. I have attempted 4 times to contact PetCare Insurance via phone to cancel my pet insurance policy. They insist you must hold on the cancellation line. No one ever answers the phone. Held for 15 mins each time. However, if I contact their sales line, it is immediately answered. I have emailed the company.
