He gave me my address and phone number, I did not give him any information at all. In the fine print on their contract they do say that this will not work for everyone. When it does not work it can leave you in worse shape than when you started treatment, and I am one of those people. Not one phone call has been returned and the only thing that they have done is re-send the contract by mail. Dr. MacKenzie and his staff just simply ignore your complaints, and yet they consider themselves health professionals. If anyone is considering a class action suit I would gladly join in. I had a 24v cordless for 2 years. This spring the battery was dead, my fault did not do as instructed. Could not get a new battery. The MinitLube at Calgary Crowfoot and Calgary 16th Ave continually attempt to upsell to items that are not required. They then proceed to not properly do the oil change. On one occasion I had insufficient oil installed although the tires were liberally lubricated, and just yesterday I had way too much oil installed. The continual upselling is ridiculaous. I have had them try to sell me a new air filter that has only been installed for 6 months in the winter and only city use. I am real ly frustrated with Virgin Mobile Canada. They do not provide online billing or any monthly statement and they always over charge on prepaid service. When asked for statements for verification they take more than 2 months to send. Even the statement s do not show the why the excess money was taken out. I tried to talk to the Manager and they don't give the details of higher Managers . They take more than 2 weeks to reply to emails and the reply does not even resolve the problem. I was daft enough to trial acai. I didn't want it and sent the tablets back. I used the online live service to talk to a lady who told me I would be charged 65 dollars from the credit card I logged. Paid 59.99 for the update for the internet secutity AVG and it would not load to update my security. Instead the AVG security on my computer keeps on flashing to update for more than a month already. It tells me update(not the one I purchased) is ready to be installed. I press cancel and the box goes off, but a second later it tells me that it was successfully updated. This computer company sells used stuff such as tower cases, once i ordered a tower xclio 380a and they sent me a worned box of a tower i ordered online. I did not expect a box that was so worn out, and when I open the box to take a look at the box the tower had 3 cracks and scratches on it. I also had a horrible experience with e florist. They didn't deliver the flowers for Mother's Day because get this, they can't promise a delivery on Holiday's.
