I purchased a DLP TV Samsung HLT-5076S.
I have a problem and an expert tells me I need a software update.
I contacted Samsung and they have no software updates for this model.
It is only 18 months old and I was told that they cannot help me and I will have to find someone near me who deals with Samsung. they could not even provide me with a Samsung agent.
To me, this is a very sad state of affairs when the company you bought from cannot help when the product goes wrong. In other words, I can do nothing and the set will have to be replaced at a cost of about $2000.00 CAN.

We have been doing business with Monica Neish at Kiwi Creations for just about a year. She deals with hair extensions and we would send her human hair extensions and she would give us her credit card to charge.

After calling technical support 7 times no one is still able to solve a very simple problem. Technical support has no idea of web hosting technology what so ever. Been put on hold 30 min average each time. Word of advice if you are looking to run a web based business, you should stay away from Bell Sympatico, associated with Internet Domain Names for Business (no one will answer your calls or emails) and stay away from their hosting package called WebCenter.ca. My wife puchased an ActiveProducts 1650 pressure washer and I must say that it is the worst piece of crap that I have in my workshop. One of the presure adaptors broke off, because it is a cheap piece of plastic, just like all other pressue components in this motor. Due to every former bad service I try to avoid Canadian Tire, however, they had the range hood i wanted so I HAD to go. I ask a staff member (unpacking) where i might find the range hoods. She points and says "Go down there and find the staff working & ask her for help".

I had an extreemly bad experince in dealing with the company. They were offering a moving truck rental for $85 / day and went for it thinking it was a good deal. However after returning the truck with a full tank of gas to my surprise they have charged $ 130 to my credit card. I was orginally quoted at $70 for the carpet cleaning service - this quote included a large living room, 3 bedrooms and a hallway/staircase. When the guy came he demanded that I pay $120 and that I had to pay cash. I had to drive to the bank to get the money. He also didn't provide a reciept. when i signed up for goverment grant they sais my credit card would be charged 1.95
I checked my credit card and not only did they charge me 1.95 = 2.16 july 25 2009
But july 26 they charged me 64.39. i did not authorize that amount i only agreed to 1.95
They tell u to check ur email well i didnt get one. I want my credit card rembursed for the 2.16 and 64.39.
This is a scam and they should be charged withripping off people. U cant trust anyone now adays.

I'm writting to you to advise you that JSK Computer services is a big scam they are frauding a lot of people and I'm not why the are not arrested till now.
It is terrible what they are doing to buyers.
I bought from them 50 LCD Monitors and all of them are broken it is grabage. i payed 2500$ US for these non working LCD. When you call them they will assure you that all of them are tested working but when you get them and you call them back to complain they will just tell you of and hang up on you.
Can somthing be done to stop these 2 individuals??

I bought a ticket for my elderley parents through Travelocity to go to Mexico city to visit my brother, my parents went to the airport and the agent told them to go home as the gate is closed without an explanation or alternative solution...on why the ticket was cancelled.

I am a victim of this scam too. I called and cancelled my subscription when I found out that I was automatically subscribed after 14 days of the trial. To top that I found my self automatically subscriped to a few other services that I had no idea about. After I cancelled my subscription, they sent me another shipment. My shipment came from Toronto, a canadian warehouse and was told to return it to China at a cost of 50% of the product. I returned it to Toronto instead of China.
