The for India today book club site does not have a link to open up a site for claiming free gift. When telephoned i was told the Unique Number allotted to me for claiming the offer has not yet been activated, bot this will be done by saturday the 13th Sept 2008. I have complained about the product Aquaguard Robot for not taking in the water in to the tank 2 weeks before. Also, calling them twice or thrice daily for them to attend the complaint. But still now, there is no response and whenever I call, they say, they will send the technician as soon as possible. I had purchased a su-kam inverter in June 2007. Every 2-3 weeks the inverter would stop working due to something or the other and the company takes its own sweet time to send the guys for repairs after filing a complaint, normally someone makes a visit at least a week after. This is regarding the HP office bus, route number HP ST SD ROUTE 23, Vehicle number KA01C8043. The driver was completely drunk in the morning at about 8.40 A.M and the bus was boarded with HP employees and then at Bellandur junction hit our car in which me, my son ( 3 years) and my husband were in. After logging a complaint with the HP - SRS guys, we did not get any support from them (Mr. Sadanan) rather they have been sending us back and forth from one person to other.
