None of their contact numbers (0124 – 2354199, 2350899, 2561799) is working for the past 3 months. Therefore, there is no way one can contact them regarding the booking of LPG cylinders. Kalpana Gas agency - Vijaynagar - 2nd stage - Bangalore. This agency serves Indane gas agency. They provide very very poor service. They have multiple phone lines. But everytime it comes busy. Its been seen that, in HSR layout first sector 25th main, there is a empty site in between all the houses. It is noticed that the whole empty site is full of unwanted wastages dumped and 5 mtrs of unwanted plants grown. Due to this nearby residents observed snaks are floating around the area. I am using Tata Indicom's Broadband Internet Connection. It is giving very poor quality. My Plan is "Business 700 with 512 kbps Speed". But I am not getting 512 kbps speed. I am only getting as under: 109.30, 108, 98.30, 95.20 kbps only When contacted, they say that their compression ratio for this plan is 1:4. But if it is so, then also I should get atleast 128 kbps speed, but I am not getting that speed also. Everytime, when I make a complaint - I do not get any clarifications from them. Hi, I have send a gift pack worth Rs 1500/- via professional courier from pune. (S T Nagar). It was supposed to reach the destination (Noida) after 2 days. However it reached after 5 days and that too half. My packet seal was broken and they have packed it in their own way. From the packet one of the gift worth Rs 1000/- was missing. I am a LPG Indane customer with M/s Raj Gas Service, Shastri Nagar, Ghaziabad and my consumer Number is RG-18232. I asked to book my Gas. They told me that the gas will be booked after 21 days from the dale of delivery. They are taking 10 to 15 days to supply the same. Staff of Arora Gas Agency has been very irresponsible in catering to the needs of consumers. A cylinder was booked on 2nd of Feb. 2008 but when it didn't come we reminded them thrice again to deliver the cylinder. But it is 18th now and still no sign of relief seems to be seen.
