Sincee then we are unable to access the broad band connection properly. We have made several calls to your service center but no action has been taken from your side. Since I took connection I was not able to use internet regularly. First time it was due to the fault of my machine. Afterwards several times I had to complain about non connection to the main server. After one year I again request for connection this time also I receive the same answer.
