Sir or Madam,
I travelled on 23 April 2011 from Delhi-Dubai-Johannesburg-Gaborone via flight EK-515, EK-761 & BP-206. We booked six luggage from Delhi to destination Gaborone vide carrier bag tag number 277951, 277952, 277953, 277954, 277955 & 278437. Out of which we received only five bags. We lost one having number 277955. I filed the complaint at Air Botswana. After having investigations they said they did not receive the said bag in Johannesburg(RSA). They said the bag has been lost with Emirates. It's been almost a week to arrived Gaborone and i am suffering. Tell what should i do. read full review »

Interested in working from home I'm sad to be rejected by PayPal whilst trying deposit money using my FNB Visa Debit Card.I tried 4 times and I'm always told it's FNB that can resolve this. According to a signed contract, Delcardo Botswana has manufactured and installed a custom made kitchen cupboards. Kitchen worktops are supposed to be made of proprietary Caesar Stone (stipulated in the contract), but material used is poorly sealed indian knock-off which deteriorated within the 3 weeks upon full payment from my side. Now, Mr Mario de Sousa (owner and manager of Delcardo Botswana) is avoiding to replace the material and/or refund the cost for replacement. I am in the process of persuing the matter through the solicitor. read full review »

I have been receiving calls from an agent at Furnmart in the collections department due to late payment of monthly fees for products obtained from Furnmart Botswana Station branch from a Mrs. Moeng, who is decidedly rude and unprofessional in her conduct. It seems as if I signed a contract with the above lady and not with Furnmart the store. She calls to berate and ridicule me and threaten to come and extract said goods herself in person. On the 4 of July this year i bought an LGSK360 from Asman store, cosmetics, gifts and cellphone store, sales and repairs in Broadhurst, Gaborone, Botswana.
2 day later on the 6th of July i left Bostwana for University in South Africa, while there the phone was blocked by Vodacom and after a couple of weeks someone from RAM was sent to come meet me, his name is Henry contact number +27828210155

After bad treament at KFC Botswana. Cashier Tapelo wanted to do us in with P20, we had to ask for the P20, there was no coleslaw at 11 o'clock on Sunday morning, 10 chips each, no serviettes, no vinegar with our 3 Streetwise orders.
Very bad for a well known fast food restuarant. We have been loyal customers at KFC in south Africa for many years. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth. read full review »

I bought a the above mentioned Home theatre with DVD Player from HI-FI Corporation, River Walk, Botswana for Pula 4650 (invoice no: 00079501) according to their advt. on 1st of October2007. In advt. it is clearly mentioned that the new HDMI technology. But the Home Theatre SONY Bravia is HDMI and the DVD Player that i got is not HDMI compatible. When i contacted the dealer they are not aware of this and mentioned that there is no HDMI DVD player for SONY.
