Company lied to be exporter of green cardamom from Guatemala. Negotiated and signed purchase/supply agreement and was sent advance payment for supply of green cardamom. In due course they issued bogus export invoices, bogus Govt of Guatemala export certificates, phytosanitary certificates, etc. But did not export the product. Despite agreeing to return the deposit, company has not done so. Now difficult to contact either by email or telephone. Supposedly member of Guatemala American Chamber of Commerce and registered with USFDA. We went to a Wendys restaurant with my family, we ordered and they messed up (typical) we complaint with the manager and they just did not care. we went to the tables to eat then my Sister went to buy some cheese, one of the clerks smacked the tray into the counter and said to her "Bitch" then she asked for a paper bag and they gave her one with a hole in it.
