Gloria Simpson "executive partner" followed up with me twice a day trying to close me on the sale and telling me this would be a limited time offer. I spent $895.00 to get the networking started. I keep getting harrasing phone calls to my work and cell number from Brad Williams 1-772-245-2107 stating I took out a payday loan last winter and did not pay it back. They said that I could loose my job they were going to ruin my credit and my Social security number. We have been customers of HSBC. We have been promised that we will receive special treatment there because our company is listed, and that we dont need to wait and we will be assisted promptly. What my husband and I thoght to be a great vacation option from Travel Advantage Network (TAN) has been nothing but a scam and rip off. For 1 year we have paid for this package never receiving the "so called" free cruise that was used to lure us to purchase their package. This company put in a Polris pump using a wrong sized pipe to fit it into the system. They attempted to fix the pump, but the seal in the pump had already been broken causing a massive leak. They had promised a warranty on parts and labor, but once they found out that they had made this mistake they stopped returning calls and hang up on me when I call their business. A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau, but they lied and wrote back to the BBB saying that the problem had been resolved and that I was happy with the outcome. The admin of the domain would not send over the codes to initiate and finish the transfer. Godaddy refused to help me transfer the domain that I fairly paid for and won at their auctions. I purchased an A.R.E. brand truck cap on September 18 2010 and had it installed on my Tacoma pickup truck. The cap cost over $1500 installed. I leased a digital copier through Marlin Leasing for a 60 month period with the machine to be returned at the end of the period. Nearly three weeks ago I received a call from Wachovia stating that my debit card had been used in fraudulent transactions. That was the only good thing about their customer service. We were waiting for the second leg of our flight, going from Chicago to Green Bay. A barely audible announcement told us that the flight had been cancelled - no explanation given. Paypal sent me the incorrect ship to address for a buyer. I sent the product to the address that they sent me and it was confirmed delivered to that address. They claim they are not at fault and deducted the money from my acccount and then locked my account due to this issue. This is the worst painting company ever. I work as a facilities manager for a major production company in Baltimore and really do not have the time to write complaints, but Brushworks Painting did such a horrible job and was so completely overpriced I had to do something. On top of doing a shoddy job, and not cleaning up drippings on the carpet when they were through (which destroyed it), they showed up late and had the nerve to charge my company for overtime when the job went a little late. I paid NLR $3500 back in December of 2009 to have them negotiate a loan modification on my 1st mortgage (with GMAC). I was really skeptical of their service, but then they offered a Money-Back-Guarantee in writing. To this date (nearly 1 year elapsed), they have failed to obtain a modification of that mortgage. I contacted this company with a problem I was having with my Vauxhall Zafira car. I agreed to pay £21 on condition that I was satisfied with their answer to my problem.
