When I used their online ordering system it was an awful experience. It does not give the customer the chance to review, confirm, or edit information. Once entered, it proceeds to ask you if you want another item, just for S&H. When you say no, it makes you confirm the NO. But it never has you confirm the order, terms and conditions. I have stained many wooden items and never had a problem with staining. I contacted the company to verify which stain to use; washed and scrubbed the old deck as requested. Spent all summer staining the old and the new deck. Last winter I watched it all peel off. When I contacted them; I was told I should have primed the wood. We purchased the 4000 series of the AquaSurge dishwasher in January of 2009. It has never gotten my dishes on the top row clean without leaving food residue and that is with using a rinse agent.
