I have notice charges on my bank account for 9.99$ (Axis Wellness) and 88.97 (Ivory Brites). I called Ivory first, I cancel my membership. I just got a call, at home, from them. Told them not to call and hung up... THEY CALLED ME BACK and proceeded to berat me for hanging up on them! they said I requested inf- never did. When I asked where, they said I did. Never could tell me where, but they had proof I did. I even got a supervisor on the phone - he said "How dare I yell at them!" I stumbled across this site when searching for an Xbox using BizRate. They have some prices that are insanely low and some prices that are average. You can change the currency between Euros and US dollars, but it's still really low prices on some items. I've read people online who have ordered from them, and some people have no complaints and some were ripped off. Either something shady is going on or someone miss-typed a whole lot of prices. On 5/10/09, I purchased the above Acer laptop computer through Shop NBC who also offered a $100.00 mail-in rebate. The rebate was good until 6/30/09. The merchandise arrived on 5/23/09. Don't get ripped off like I did. The Keyword XRAY folks along with the RichJerk.com crowd did not deliver DVDs of the XRAY training as promised throughout the training. They are now saying that because the DVDs were not "mentioned" in the sales letter that they are not obligated to deliver them! What a rip! I paid $997 for this training and now can not get a refund. Hi I joined up with eDataJob.com on the 30 August 07 and after reading that I had to fork out more money to actually receive any sort of pay outs I promptly sent a refund email to eDataJob on the same date and got an email back from Chuck Poe saying they have received my request. I have since sent three more refund emails only to receive the same reply "We have recevied your email and we will review and process your request as soon as possible" Does this Chuck Poe exist? I signed up for the grant site and it cost $1.97 which they refunded when I canceled in April .I checked my bank statement in June to find that I have been charged $72.21 by treasure chest at 877-347-9128 and $72.79 by google chest at 888-256-1248. I hired Charles Troxell from HDXperts, Inc. (dispatched through HD Installers) to mount my flat panel and install my home theater system. I have been a customer of Bank America for one year. During that time I accepted a promotional offer for a low rate charge card with no annual fee. Since opening the account I have paid as agreed and have not been late or gone over my limit.
