Sportbook.com is an on-line gambling site. I requested a check for my winnings. I had to fax my drivers license, social security to them and I received a check two weeks later. I deposited the check into my my Mom's account and the check came back not paid. The check is stamped Return Sender-S Refer to Maker. I called Sportbook.com and spoke to an agent named Roger Jimenez located in Costa Rica. He told me to fax a copy of the returned check to the verification department and they would recredit my account. We were contacted by NSCF they told us they could lower our monthly mortgage payments by $300.00 a month. We contracted with KEMP WINDOWS & SIDING in December, 2008. They offered a 3 day cancellation. I gave them a deposit check that was supposed to be held and not cashed until after the cancellation deadline. I received an e-mail for the New Millennium Bank Credit Card. It said click to apply for a credit card worth up to $5000, so I did. When you apply it asks for your bank info. Supposedly its so they can take an 'application fee out' so I filled it out. The next day the 'application fee' of $99.95 was taken out of my checking account. My recent experience with this car rental company... I have booked & used the car over the weekend 6-9 March 2009 in Brisbane . I have picked it up at the airport on Friday 6 March ’09 and was given a condition report which had a couple of scratches mentioned in the Existing Damage section. Dear viewers, I am an employee of Toys "R" Us and I cannot disagree enough with the complaints about the store even more. Please make sure that when you lose a Toys "R" Us gift card that you go to customer service and ask for it. La Quinta - Pasadena. Hotel Guest Safety... There has been 21 vehicle break ins since April '08. All you have to do is give the police the address and it is in the open records. The management at the hotel knows and NOW the corp. office knows, but since it is a franchize hotel. NO ONE is worried about it. But April 13, 2009 we were 1 of 3 guest that had our vehicles broken into. The hotels comment was "we are not responsible for auto break ins, file your loss on your home owner insurance. I used my debit card to purchase a software CD for finding & obtaining government grants. I never received the CD and after 4 Emails some from Ms Fitzgerald I finally got support services. The gentlemant I spoke with was named David he told me it was to bad, I hadn't received the CD.
