I use at&t services for my cellular phone and my landline. I ordered my high speed internet through at&t and requested a bundle packaged deal. I was told that there would be a rebate issued to me for the modem. it has been practically 2 months and i have not received anything yet. I call at least twice a week but, to no avail. I tried to go online to check the status of my rebate and learned that i was not in the system. Service had deteriorated horribly since the restaurant opened about a few years ago. I guess business is so good that the owner and staff feel that it's no longer necessary to treat the customers right. The food is still good but the taste were inconsistent the last few times I went there. I have had found dirty dishes and utensils often. took my 2000 caravan in for tires and was convinced it also could use an alignment, midway thru the work I was informed that I needed a left tie rod end and sway bar bushings, I told them to do the tie rod end but leave the bushings alone, afftre they finished I drove it home and noticed it pulled to the left(it did not do this before), the next day I returned it with my concern and they put it back on the machine, they teat drove it after and informed me that there was no problem with the alignment but I now needed $500 worth of struts?!, I have been around vechicles all my life and am no dummy when it comes to cars and would advise you to stay away read full review »

13 Nov 08- took vehicle for dealer service at 14530 miles. Was informed front brakes worn. Needed brake kit replacement. Cost $292.33. Authroized work, but complained that excess wear should not exist at that low mileage. Was informed that brake pads are metallic and subject to oxidation if vehicle is not driven frequently. Do not buy a puppy from Lori or Jerry Brewer! They sold me a puppy with Parvo Virus back in April. They claimed that he had been given all of his shots but the night I got him he became very ill and had to be hospitalized. He was hospitalized for about 5 days and it cost me over $1, 500 to get him well. He is okay now but he could have died.
