Made and paid for a hotel reservation online with Met Global trading DHR Discount Travel. Booked hotel in Paris for myself and my daughter (2 females travelling alone). When I arrived at the hotel no room was available and no details of the booking. We arrived at 22.00 and were faced with the prospect of being left in Paris with no overnight accommodation.
