The worst customer service ever. There support team responses are in very rudimentary English, and on the one time I was able to speak to someone, dealt with someone who was very rude - it seems to be a mom and pop operation. I have a significant amount of email correspondence to demonstrate they are a bad company.
The company goes by a lot of names: ScreenAid, Gadget Town, Yall Inc.
I'm not in the process of reporting to Better Business Bureau and plan criminal and civil proceedings against this company.

At counter of Continental Airlines getting my boarding pass to New Jersey, and the one that will take me to NH (final destination). Also handed a blue card for me to pick up my luggage at first destination. Ive never seen this before, but did not make much of it. Once I got to NJ, and viewed the infor for my connection in a few hours, it was CANCELLED. It was the ONLY fight cancelled. I was offered a free trial of acacia berries slimming pills and was assured I would only need to pay the postage. I accepted the trail and then a week or so later I noticed a payment of £75 had been taken out of my bank account without my permission.
I would never have tried these pills had I known the true cost, I don't understand how these people have got away with this. Its disgusting and they very nearly took me over my overdraft limit which could have ended up costing me a lot more in bank charges.

I was given a tracking ID, however every time i click to see the details of my order it always stayed as 'Processing'. Well I came across this web site on Sunday, April 24th, and found a Baseball Glove I wanted. So I ordered it from them via their site, received a confirmation email once I placed the order. I placed an order on 29 March 2011. My VISA was charged immediately but Windows XP never arrived. My email message questioning delivery was answered saying they they thought there might have been an error in shipping, but it would take a day or two to check it out.
In the mean time, a fraudulent charge from Georgia showed up on my VISA. It may be a coincidence, but in reviewing other people's experience I think a pattern of misbehavior is evident.

This has to be the worst retail experience of my life. Purchase form the site only if you want to be stuck with the merchandise, like to be verbally abused by the owner and then have him hang up on you, not receive a receipt with purchase and be completely mislead. Hello I wanted to do my health and safety test as soon as possible, this web site tricks you, you book test thinking it will be after two days and you need to wait for actual test for 2 weeks, you find out about it only after you pay. There is no refund if you book online. Spent almost a hundred dollars on a one year subscription to People Magazine with them almost three months ago and the magazine never came. Used to work for them (manager and sales person). They Lie to you on the interview and tell you that your selling wine to customers, leads and some new prospects. Let me tell you; it's 100% all new prospects (your family and friends). They are supposed to pay min wage for the time you are required in office (10am to 8pm; mon and tues) only they don't. They also try to get you drunk at wine tastings to write down your credit card. They also sell table wine for $20 plus. I was led to believe that the carport would be installed within a couple of weeks, because they had other installations in the area. I have received several phone calls from different people, all with Arabian accents so thick i can barely understand them, and all claiming American names - very simple American names.
