This site is about theft. They lead you down the path that you can order a new ss card on line but what you are actually getting is the forms you can get for free at the .gov site. of course you find this out after you have been charged a $19.00 convenience fee + a $10 dollar download fee for adobe reader that is free and comes with most browsers today. this is ok because they offer a 7 day return policy. you get a nice e mail saying you have been refunded with a nice little number to confirm this. when the money is not in your account they blame it on your bank and the circle jerk begins. 6 attempts to get this resolved and no money in sight... read full review »

They promise you 7, 500 channels. It is supposed to have unlimited tv, movies, videos, games, music, MP3 downloads, etc. Doesn't sound legal, does it? They don't even tell you what television shows, movies, music, and games they offer. I wouldn't trust them enough to download their software onto my computer. I am very unhappy with the fact that scheduled programs are cancelled without notification and not adhered to. The worst is that they advertise these programs during the week and then they change their schedules and put sport on tv without notification!!! This has been happening for the last three weeks now and still it is not corrected and they are still advertising programs that do not show. I have been a loyal customer of Mnet since 1993 and can't believe that after all these years with all the latest technology that they still get their schedules wrong. If I remember correctly the last time that HIT designer was used it was still in Beta. It is not supposed to be released until it is running smoothly and a release date to the public. Apparently the customer's are unaware that they are Beta testers. Tell me how the customers' are going to feel when the software crashes their computer and they lose everything. This company sells their customers information including credit card info after they sign you up for their membership. Here are some flaws the coupons are cut out of the sunday paper so your better off just clipping them yourselves...the $50 dollars in gas vouchers are only redeemable in $10 increments over 5 months time...the $25 gift certificate to a restaurant is actually a coupon that you have to spend at least $50 dollars and tip 18% to get the $25 dollars off. I bought a curling iron in October 2010. I got an extended protection plan (which was a waste). The curling iron broke and it is only 6 months old. The cord is bad and the unit keeps shutting off. I called to have it repaired. It cost $29.99 to buy. They want me to pay the shipping to return it to Arizona and also pay for the return shipment. After I pay the shipping, it will cost around 1/2 of what the product cost me. If a product breaks, I should not have to pay the shipping.
