I bought some 007 Ink cartridges for a all in one Lexmark X5495, they took my money beginning of August and said I would receive them within 2 weeks, No Cartridges, I sent e-mails but they won't receiving them, finally after 5 phone calls I spoke to a Human who said they will be with me beginning of September, again mid- September arrived and no Cartridge, again after speaking to someone I was told the delivery had not arrived from Hong Kong, I explained that their e-mail I had sent kept coming back to me, i was told here was a fault with the e-mail system. I was also told I would get my Cartridges definitely by the end of October, after more phone calls I finally received my Cartridges end of November to find they DON'T WORK, I paid nearly £30 for rubbish.

Ordered ink from their website and it hasn't arrived. Their email address is not valid and their phone number (if you can get through) has a recorded message telling you to email them your complaint! Should have realised it was a dodgy site as they go to great efforts to suggest that Royal Mail often mislay goods.

Ordered imaging drum. Item not delivered. Phoned company to ask why and was told it wasn't in stock. They offered to cancel order and I accepted this. They did not return money to my credit card. I have phoned three times and was given promises each time but still haven't received credit. I have contacted SAFEBUY who assure this site and have contacted North Somerset Consumer Protection. I'm awaiting replies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR THE OTHERS WHICH OPERATE FROM THIS ADDRESS.
