I recently uncovered a scammer network that is upstarting trying to steal publishers from another cpa company. I did some investigation, and it turns out they simply use HASOFFERS, a US based ad distributor. They claim they are off-shore and 100% anonymous. They also mention you can avoid taxes, and never run the risk of being liable for their internet spam/scam campaigns.

As far as I know, it is run by Ty Cox and James Wallace, AKA some guy named Woody as he goes by with his internet alias.

This network is 100% scam...they arent annonyomous and they are ran by small-time internet criminals. It's a joke. They might pay you a nickel, but it's literally ran by some 16 year old in highschool Don't buy into this scammer bull shit.
