This company charged my credit without my permission!

This is the information: 03/17/2010 RN *SUPERPASS FROM REA, 866-212-1343, WA CASH PURCHASE $34.99

I called and the person answered the phone my the name of Joseph said that they would send me an email and resolve the issue!

I have not received any email and the issue has not been resolved until my money $34.99 be placed back into my account the issue will never be solved.
