I showed one person how to de-acivate the anti hi-jack device, but when i collected my car, it wouldn't start. I asked the supervisor what happened and he said: 'we have a disclaimer, i can re-set your battery for you' My two year old son was with me, who was due to take his asthma medication, and when i said to the supervisor, can you fix it? He said: 'I dont care' I was left to deal with thehproblem on my own, I phoned the AA & the anti theft company. Between the two of them they helped me to get the car started. In the meanwhile, i had to get someone else to take my son to go for his asthma treatment. Not once did the supervisor come and check, offer assistance.I then phoned the owner to complain about the service. Mike told me to email him. I told the supervisor i am not paying for the car wash because of all the inconvenience he has caused me. He responded by saying: 'It's not my problem you have such a *** system' Mike the owner chased me down, demanding his R70.00 or he would put the cops on me. I gave it to him and left.
