according to my phone bill, a gentleman from jail called and somehow fowarded my calls to a phone number (17736962012) i have no affiliation with. my assumption is that the person from the number stated above accepted these collect calls without my permission & knowledge. my brother is incarcerated in menard correctional facility (lawrence wideman/inmate number r40850)and has not called my number since he was convicted in 2004. i am very disturbed & offended of this scam of accepting immate calls & will appreciate if you contact my phone company & please have these charges removed from my account. because of this scam, i have been intensely inconvienced. the taxes & fees is $37.76 and usage is $86.15. this is the result of 27 calls and a total of 265 minutes bieng added to my account without my knowledge. please contact me for further details 17737294196 or [email protected]. i spoke to a representative (michelle/employee id#+9394) and was instructed to fax my bill to 1-972-277-0714 so this dispute can be properly investigated. thank you so much and look foward to working with you in resolving this matter.
