On dec 02 2007 I made a purchase of 100 bulbs using paypal buyer credit, the seller sent the merchandise and I never received it. I have been calling several times Paypal customer services and there's only one answer "I have to wait" for the result of the investigation, etc... As far as I know every transaction using Paypal buyer credit is protected and in my case I'm still waiting.

The worst of my case is that merchandise goes to a customer I represent, now I'm dealing with this situation that is out of my hand, unless I get furious and hire an attorney and that will cost much money to the bank.
