i wanted to download a patch for a game called 'call of duty mordern warfare 2' known as COD6 and it was the only place you could download the patch and you have to subscribe, i choose the 1.29$/month option that they charge in one fee, first i didnt get that they will take all my monnay in once, and then i untick some other services that they finally charge me at the end for a total of 120£ english pounds without being explicit at all about the billing, they just take your monnay like that, and i tried to contact them they sent me this'

'hello,
i just want none of this, i wanted just a patch for a game called 'call of duty modern warfare 2', and you had this subscription for1.29$ a month, i don't want a one time fee place all the other thing i never asked for, i am just very unhappy, i got an overdraft because your billing is not explicit at all, i want just my monnay back, i do not want to pay for something that i nevr used and i will never use.

But you can not reply straight to this email and if you go to the site support there is an error that do that you can not send any ticket to them, UNBELIEVABLE.
