I ordered Flowers for my mothers funeral on Saturday at 4:30 MDT. The
Web site offered same day delivery of ordered before 6PM. They were not
delivered. After calling and e-mailing, I got a call on Monday morning
apologizing and a promise to deliver before 12:00 Noon on Monday. I got
a call at 2PM stating that the flowers had not been delivered and was
offered me a FULL refund. I guess they don't know about credit card
companies not paying them for non-delivery of product. The owner of the
company did not express regret for the mistake and instead told me to
that this is just the way it works.
I won't see my mother again and I will always remember to service this
company rendered me.
I hope my experience will help others to avoid this company.
