They had stated that fitness center was there in the apartment complex, but later during the stay we found out that the fitness center was not there and that we had
to travel 5-6 miles away from the apartment to use the coupon they had provided for the fitness center.

Provided laundry only at one apartment for the entire complex.

We had concerned with the safety issues of the staircase.

It is very old apartment and entire furniture as well. The rates were more than the
normal for such an apartment and rates may vary based on the management decisions
eventhough an initial rate was agreed between the customer and management.

House keeping provided only once in two weeks and no complementary items provided
during such services.

They may deduct an extra amount specifing damages that are not clear to customers
who have already voccate.

Normally while staying in hotels, the rate is not charged for the day of voccating, but here it is done so and also we have to voccate by 11 AM.
