Signed up and paid on 19th September 2007 for 12voip 120/90 days free calls. Money taken and days counting down but no service as account keeps saying i have no credit, even though account says amount paid. I have emailed them 7 times i received one reply saying i had to buy credit before i could make calls. They must be able to see the information on the accounts. If this is not a scam i can only believe their service is so bad that they cant keep up with the complaints and have cut their one and only line of communication due to overload. Any others out there with same problem???
