This company specializes in products from the south of France.
In late May or early June while in France I ordered espadrilles by internet after a phone conversation with the owner who assured me that the shipment would arrive at my address in France before my departure date of June 21.
As the date approached and I had still not received the order I phoned again and was told the order would arrive before July 6 (a friend would receive it for me). On July 1 I sent an e-mail canceling the order because my friend was also leaving France on July 6.
On July 18 I received an e-mail from 123voyage.com saying my order had been shipped and charged to my credit card. Since there is no one to receive the order the package will probably be returned. I discovered, however, that the charge for the order had been made on June 25, three and a half weeks before shipment.
This company seems very careless about its promises and its practices, to say the least.
