I have bought a Samsung split AC on Dated: 20/03/2008 from Aakash Bestbuy Pvt Ltd vide Bill # 4478. From the day one the person who have installed my AC Mr Dhiraj; I kept on complaining to him about problems. Then I lodged above complaint NO # 8405420258dt.26/03/08 on 26th. Since then your Engineers have been coming regularly but they have failed to rectify the problem. Now Mr Niladri call me this morning that he is again sending another engineer who can diagnose the fault .
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I HAVE BOUGHT THIS AC FOR THE TRAINING AND R&D FOR YOUR ENGINEERS. I preferred Samsung over local brands due to high expectations of quality and reliability from you and not to disturb my family on daily basis by your engineers. Add to it my father is a patient and I bought this AC for his comfort.
I will appreciate if you replace this AC with immediate effect as I do not want this unit which is defective to the extent that your engineers are finding it difficult to repair.
i am expecpt the replacement of the said A/C .why should i use the repaired product. i have bought new . i want to use new one .
please help me so the samsung can change the said a/c
