damaged oil valve
well i arrived in walmart tire an lube approximately 6;45pm.to get an oil change.after being waited on by one of the associates he informed me that it will be an 45min to an hr.to get serviced, then after shopping a bit an realized an hr and a half has passed.that i had'nt heard my name for my car.so i go to the back to car center, to ask, an come to find out that they had not call my name cause my car had not been serviced.the associate who took my info to service my car, had left the store with my car keys.so they had to call him i waited another 25min for him to return, then they go to pull my car n the back, an another hr passed to find out that they broke the line that holds my oil, so my car was no longer mobile.so after the manager notified me that they would take care of everything, first thing in the morning i had to leave my car an call off work.so the next day which is today 2/13/2010 i went back to walmart after calling for the manager an got no response of calling 4 times, an b n put on hold an left hold.gets to the store an call the tow truck to tow my car to volvo, was told he was calling volvo with insurance info so i could get my car back today, he was not able to b reached once the car was there.after 5hr i called his store manager, she had no idea what was goin on an she was not notified of it til i talk to her.then all of sudden i get a call saying he talk to volvo an my car wont b complete until monday.cause volvo only has one techinican to look at the car, monday they will have 9 and it will get completed once it is inspected.but the insurance company he claim would contact me has not still contacted me at all.i plan to call corporate, and get me a lawyer or go to small claims cause i feel i have been completed inconvienced and not compensated.

Faulty Car
I bought a 1999 Volvo S80 from this dealership on Aug 31st 2009 after being convinced that the car was good mechanically.
It turned out that the car had needed a heater core replacement at a cost of USD 1500.
I returned to the dealer two weeks later and they ased to buy my car back for 2995.
The manager - Steve - is extremely rude and all sales men misrepresent everything - they have the same story of how they drive a Volvo or Saab, how they lost their job and were asked to work there.
Consumers, please be ware of this dealership. They will post on craiglist under the owners category and that already is a red flag.
If you have to buy a car from here, ask an independent mechanic to examine it. Otherwise you will regeret.
Take it from me.
