I cancelled my subscription with 1and1 internet inc and I keep getting billed for this. I went through the cancellation again today. I sent an e-mail on April 19th 2007 trying to get some help on cancelling, but no one ever responded.I found the number and called.Unfortunately, it seems that my cancellation never went through. I did get frauded on my credit card and it seems the payments never went through with them.My hotmail account also got hacked into and is't working anymore, so I cannot send the confirmation that I received.I paid NCO last year and told everything was done and now I am getting billed again. I am being told that I have to pay again.I am very upset about this because I did what I had to do on my end.It's not my fault that someone didn't do their job on their end. I am asking you to waive this fee. Josh Taylor helped me this afternoon at 1 and 1. Please do not make me pay this fee.I do not deserve to have to pay out of my pocket again!
