loan fraud
I received an email from this company about a payday loan and filled out an application but did not receive any information about the loan so I exited out of the website. Next thing Iknow they apparently gave my information to several loan places and also charged 4 different charges to my account totalling $97.75. Then the 3 places they gave my info. to put money into my account and later withdrew 4x's as much as they put in all without my permission. I have filed complaints with the BBB, FTCand the Attorney General. These people neesd to be stopped. They could do real damage to people's lives.

Unauthorized debit charges
I see so many complaints on this website which provided me with helpful information when I called 1st credit now. I was very disturbed to find that there were only 2 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. I think if so many people were on board to report this company to the right people, they wouldn't exist right now. They have already changed their name to 2nd credit chance for reasons that the CSR's couldn't really explain, but we know why.

Unauthorized payment
I was browsing the internet for a loan. I did not at anytime complete the application. I turned off my computer and forgot about it all. This morning, I got a $19.95 taken from my bank account and I did not have a clue what it was for. I did not authorize any withdrawals from my account to them. I would certainly like help on this matter or at the very least, stop them from doing this to other unsuspecting people. There certainly must be a way to safe guards people against them. I noticed that I am not the only one who is or has complained about them. There definitely is a serious problem here with 1st credit now and their approach.
Thank you... Mari Torell.

unauthorized
Going through my bank statement I found a charge for $44.90 from 1st Credit Now. I had no clue what it was. They said that I was making payments to re-establish my credit history. What a scam.
Anyways, the way to cancel your account is to call 800.951.1089. They will try to talk you about of it. Let them make there pre-written pitch (25-30 seconds) then simply say that you would like to cancel. My account was canceled in under a minute. They will give you a confirmation number. Make sure you write this down in case you have a dispute and need the bank on your side.
